Now WellMax is even closer! The WellMax Agreement conclusion procedure has become easier and more convenient! The client may print out a generated Agreement from their back office, sign it and send its scanned copy to the company`s office together with the scanned copies of ID and the permanent residence document, and the client`s picture with their opened passport in hands. There is no need to sign the Agreement together with the consultant. It simplifies the work in regions and online.
 

At the same time the previous procedure of the client`s POI (with consultant) stays in force with the novelty. Both of these procedures are equally valid.
 

Now the client`s POI demands:
 

- a scanned copy of ID and permanent residence document, a scanned copy of the Agreement signed by the client, their consultant and witness;

or
- a scanned copy of the Agreement signed by the Client and notarized;

or
- a scanned copy of the Agreement signed by the client and a high quality definite picture of the client with their opened ID in it, proving the client`s identity.

Furthermore, the client may dispose with transacted funds even before sending the necessary documents but only within the limits recommended by the international organization of FATF:
 

Internal transfers:

EUR 200 per day, but no more than EUR 2500 per month (or according to cross-rates in other currency).   

Withdrawal of the funds from usage:

EUR 1000 per one withdrawal, but no more than EUR 3000 per month (or according to cross-rates in other currency).

The clients, who have passed the identification procedure based on the provided documents, the status “Correct” or “Verified” is applied. For such clients, operations under the Agreement are processed in a normal mode according to the Agreement. 

Based on the implementation of the aforementioned changes in the information system, the office is currently making a planned revision of the agreements concluded in 2013 for their correspondence with the assigned status. This revision is being held manually and as a result, all clients will receive the relevant status with respect to the provided documents.
